Doh! Thats definately gonna leave a mark...and probably some swelling in the ankle too. Poor girl...thats never fun. Hope shes got some ibuprofen and a bandaid for the road rash on her foot...ice bag prolly wouldn't hurt either. I second the cudos for the dude who caught her....could have been a lot worse if she hit the ground. Hang in there girl...we've all done it.
