NEW YORK CITY, N.Y. -- Jerry Seinfeld has been reportedly hired to take a bite out of Apple.
The comedian is being paid a whopping $10 million to be a pitchman for Microsoft, which has been battling an image issue, thanks in part to Apple's "Mac vs. PC" commercials, the Wall Street Journal reported.
The Seinfeld ads, part of the software company's reported new $300 million advertising campaign, are slated to begin running on September 4, and will feature the funnyman along with Microsoft founder Bill Gates.
