DJ AM Died Without A Will, Mom Will Inherit Estate

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- DJ AM's mother is the sole heir to his estate, according to court papers obtained by Access Hollywood.

In papers filed in LA County Superior Court in Tuesday, the late star's mother, Andrea Gross, is named as the administrator of his estate. The papers note that the DJ, whose real name was Adam Goldstein, did not have a will.

DJ AM Autopsy Completed, Cause Of Death Pending Toxicology Tests

NEW YORK, New York -- An autopsy on the body of DJ AM, AKA Adam Goldstein, has been completed, New York City Medical Examiner's Office spokesperson Ellen Borakove told Access Hollywood on Saturday.

"We finished Adam Goldstein's autopsy, the cause of death is pending further study," she told Access, noting toxicology tests still need to be completed.
