Sienna Miller's Trouble At The Tank

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. -- As if steep gas prices aren't bad enough, actress Sienna Miller had to fend off a horde of paparazzi when she filled up her tank in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

"Can you leave me alone?" she asked photographers, according to The Daily Telegraph. "I'm trying to get gas and this is really harassment. Please leave me alone. I can't live like this, please give me a little bit of respect."

Following the fill-up, she reportedly drove to the Beverly Hills Police Station, where she asked for and received a police escort to the Four Seasons Hotel.

Following the wide circulation of photos that surfaced of Balthazar Getty kissing a topless Sienna Miller, the actor has issued a statement announcing his split with wife, Rosetta Getty.

"The breakdown of a marriage is a very difficult and painful experience especially when children are involved," the "Brothers & Sisters" star said the statement released to Access Hollywood.
