LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Jesse James and wife Sandra Bullock are locked in a custody battle over his daughter from a previous relationship, Sunny Lee James.
In court papers filed with Los Angeles Superior Court on October 29 and obtained by Access Hollywood, Jesse claimed that ex-wife Janine Lindemulder had violated a court order given October 13 preventing her from allowing Sunny, 5, to have contact with her new husband, Jeremy James Aikman - a convicted felon.

NEW YORK, New York -- Dennis Hopper is "feeling better" after being treated at a hospital in New York City for flu-like symptoms on Wednesday.
Sam Maydew, manager of the 73-year-old actor, confirmed Hopper is recovering after visiting a NYC hospital after developing stomach ailments that usually accompany the flu.

A source told Access Hollywood that Hopper began feeling ill just before he was due to make a series of promotional appearances for the second season of his Starz television show, "Crash," on Wednesday morning.

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- I should have known that "All About Steve" was in trouble when I read that 20th Century Fox was moving its originally scheduled release date from the middle of March back to September 4. Sure, movies get moved around all the time, but by releasing "All About Steve" over Labor Day Weekend - the last real weekend of the summer, when people would rather be outside - Fox was sending a clear message that it didn't have confidence in the finished product.
After seeing this dud, I can't say I blame them.
