Tiger Woods: 'This Situation Is My Fault'; Cancels Interview With Authorities

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Tiger Woods called for privacy in his first public statement since his involvement in a car accident early on Friday morning.
"As you all know, I had a single-car accident earlier this week, and sustained some injuries. I have some cuts, bruising and right now I'm pretty sore," he wrote in a statement on his Web site. "This situation is my fault, and it's obviously embarrassing to my family and me. I'm human and I'm not perfect. I will certainly make sure this doesn't happen again."

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart took to Summit's new "Twilight Saga" Twitter account on Monday to show their appreciation for fans after the film placed third in all-time opening weekends, earning $140.7 million. It was the first non-summer film to have reached such high numbers.
