LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- A Sydney-bred actor has become the first recipient of a scholarship in the name of the late Heath Ledger.
Oliver Ackland, 29, beat out 150 applications to win the scholarship, which was designed to give an Aussie actor a leg up in Hollywood.

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Hollywood stylistas panned her choice of a golden gown at the Golden Globes last Sunday comparing it to a toga. But now, "Brothers and Sisters" star Rachel Griffiths is explaining her unusual dress by revealing she is pregnant with her third child.
"I know everybody was chattering at the Golden Globes about what I was hiding under that big gold tent," Griffiths joked to Access Hollywood at the G'Day USA gala, where she was presented with the Excellence in TV and Film award by her "Brothers and Sisters" co-stars Sally Field and Matthew Rhys.
