"Following Saturday night's show, Susan was exhausted and emotionally drained," a rep for the show said in a statement released to Access. "She has been seen by her private GP who supports her decision to take a few days out for rest and recovery.

LONDON, England, U.K. -- A British dance troupe of young men from Essex, England, has beaten out Scottish singing sensation Susan Boyle to win "Britain's Got Talent."
The verdict, announced live on British television on Saturday evening, brought everyone to their feet including the judges - Piers Morgan, Simon Cowell and Amanda Holden.
