This weekend, the Marshall family, one of the families set to appear on an upcoming episode of "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition," will travel to Maine, to meet the "Grey's Anatomy" star as he hosts the Dempsey Challenge. The Dempsey Challenge raises funds for the Patrick Dempsey Center for Cancer Hope & Healing at Central Maine Medical Center, which assists cancer patients and caregivers with support and education.

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Jay Leno might just look a little different to fans when he returns to television screens this fall.
When "The Jay Leno Show" premieres on September 4 at 10 PM on NBC, viewers will get to see a thinner and healthier Leno, who revealed at Wednesday's NBC Television Critics Association panel in Pasadena, Calif., he has lost some weight.
