LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- "Milkshake" singer Kelis has filed new documents in a Los Angeles court, asking her estranged husband, Nas, to pay spousal support and child support for their baby on the way.
Kelis, who is expecting a baby boy on July 21, claims in her court filing obtained by Access Hollywood, that she has "run out of money" and that her rap star husband "is refusing to pay for most of my expenses."

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Kelis has filed for divorce from her husband of just over four years, hip-hop star Nas, a rep for the singer confirmed to Access Hollywood.
"I can confirm that she has filed for divorce," Kelis' rep told Access. "We request the media to respect her privacy during this very difficult time."
