LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Country singer Mindy McCready is headed back to jail as a result of a probation violation, Access Hollywood has learned.

As previously reported by Access in June, the country singer was arrested after violating her probation for prescription drug fraud.

The singer will face the music on Tuesday and turn herself into to authorities.

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Mindy McCready is the latest celebrity to check into a rehab facility, according to a report from People.

The country singer was taken to the emergency room in Nashville, Tennessee, on July 16, the hospital confirmed to the magazine. And now, according to her rep, she has been admitted to an extended-care rehab facility.
