HOLLYWOOD, Calif. -- Comedian Steve Carell is par for the course. He's taking on a leading role in Warner Bros.' "Missing Links," according to The Hollywood Reporter. The golf comedy is based on a novel from ESPN's Rick Reilly.
Meanwhile, Variety reports that Matt Damon and Josh Brolin are in talks to join the remake of 1969's Western "True Grit," which is slated to begin production next March.
