NEW YORK CITY, N.Y. -- Broadway dimmed its lights Thursday night to honor Natasha Richardson, who died Wednesday after suffering a serious head injury on a Canadian ski slope on Monday.

Richardson's friends and colleagues, including Matthew Broderick, Sarah Jessica Parker and Laura Linney, joined husband Liam Neeson, mother Vanessa Redgrave and sister Joely Richardson in NYC's theater district when the lights dimmed at 8 PM.
