KENTWOOD, Lousiana -- Britney Spears' youngest boy, Jayden James Federline is out of the hospital following a medical scare on Sunday, according to the singer's Web site.
"A source close to the Spears family has told us that Britney and family have left the Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center and Jayden is fine," said a statement on Britney's Web site.
