Casey Aldridge Walking Again, Serves As Best Man At Cousin's Wedding

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Jamie Lynn Spears' boyfriend, Casey Aldridge, was back on his feet less than two weeks after a car accident landed him in the ICU.
According to People, Casey served as best man at his cousin's wedding this weekend in Mississippi. "He had the weakness of having been in bed and still trying to get his feet under him, but he made it," a source close to the family told the mag.

JACKSON, Mississippi -- Casey Aldridge was released from the University of Mississippi Medical Center on Friday, almost one week after suffering injuries during a car accident early last Sunday, People reported.
"Casey got home today, and he's doing really well," a family source told the mag. "He'll have to have some rest for the next few weeks. He's still got a headache, but everything looks good."

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- An uncle for Casey Aldridge has said his nephew is doing alright following his ejection from a truck this weekend.
"He's in stable condition," the uncle told Access about the 19-year-old father of Jamie Lynn Spears' daughter, Maddie. "He'll be OK."
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Aldridge was ejected from his 6,000-pound truck around 1:30 AM on Sunday, after the vehicle flipped over.
