According to The Hollywood Reporter, John Hawkes will join the show as Lennon, a "spokesperson and translator for the president of a foreign corporation." However, the character will have more influence than meets the eye.

more »SAN DIEGO, Calif. -- At least one formerly deceased character will be making an appearance on the final season of "Lost," actor Ian Somerhalder confessed to AccessHollywood.com's Dish of Salt, Laura Saltman, at the San Diego Comic-Con.
"Boone's gonna pop back in," Ian said of his character, who bit the dust during the show's first season. "Two minutes ago, I walked out of a green room with [producers] Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof. We're gonna work it out."
more »LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- A new ABC promotional video hints that Dominic Monaghan's deceased character Charlie from "Lost" has returned to the land of the living -- but according to Entertainment Weekly, the star is instead joining a different ABC show.
In the clip, "Grey's Anatomy" star Patrick Dempsey tells Dominic, "You're so dead," to which the star responds, "Actually, I was" -- hinting that he could be making a "Lost" return.
