Lawyer: Lindsay Lohan Not Seeking Restraining Order Against Dad; Dina Claims Sister Ali Will

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Lindsay Lohan is not seeking a restraining order against her father, a lawyer for the actress told Access Hollywood.
Lindsay's attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, told Access on Monday that reports the star is filing a cease and desist letter or a restraining order against her dad, Michael Lohan, are "not true."

But according to FOX News, the prestige - and a mountain of free clothes - may be Lindsay's only payment for the gig.

"Michael Lohan needs to focus on being a parent, paying child support, of which he is six months behind, and making up for all the years he was an absentee dad," Dina told People. "And stop going on national television talking about his children publicly."

NEW YORK, New York -- Dina Lohan wants the press to leave her daughter alone.
"You know, God gives your kids a gift and, and [they] run with it. Just leave her alone personally please," Dina told Access Hollywood on Thursday of the media attention surrounding her daughter. "Anyone in the press... my message is to just let her live her life. Enjoy her movies, enjoy her fashion and just leave her alone personally. She's 23 years old and she's a young woman now so you just have to let it go and leave them alone."
