more »LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Model Monika Zsibrita has sued Chris Rock, the latest development in a court battle between the two that has gone over for over a decade, according to the LA Times.
The suit was filed in August and has been unsealed by a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge at the request of Zsibrita, who reportedly wanted the case made public.

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Sasha and Malia Obama have yet to move in to The White House, but once they do, they've already got volunteers for their first celebrity play date - Chris Rock's daughters.
"His girls are a little older than mine," Rock told People about Barack & Michelle Obama's 7- and 10-year-old daughters. "My girls want a play date. They look at the youngest and they're like, 'We can play with her, Daddy.' We'll see."
