LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- A day after being charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon and hit-and-run, Adnan Ghalib turned himself into authorities on Wednesday.
Ghalib, Britney Spears' 36-year-old former paparazzi boyfriend, was in Van Nuys Superior Court on Wednesday and pleaded not guilty to the charges, which stem from a Jan. 30 incident, where Ghalib allegedly "rammed" his car into a process server.

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Britney Spears' paparazzo ex-boyfriend is being investigated for assault with a deadly weapon.
A spokesperson at the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to Access Hollywood that photographer Adnan Ghalib is being investigated for allegedly striking a process server with a car.

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Britney Spears has obtained a restraining order against former manager Sam Lutfi and ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib.
Access Hollywood has learned that the pop princess' lawyers had a Monday court date but went in early, on Friday, to acquire the reported injunction.
