NEW YORK, New York -- Despite getting booted from his scheduled appearance on ABC's "Good Morning America," Adam Lambert says he respects the network's decision to cancel on him. The singer told Access Hollywood he was most concerned that his fans got the show they expected.

UPDATED: ABC 'Good Morning America' Cancels Adam Lambert's Performance

NEW YORK, NY -- Access Hollywood has learned from a rep for Adam Lambert that ABC's "Good Morning America" has canceled the singer's live morning show concert tomorrow morning.
An ABC News spokesperson tells Access, "Given his controversial live performance on the AMAs we were concerned about airing a similar concert so early in the morning."
Instead, Adam will now take his act to CBS' "The Early Show."
