Jamie McCarthy/WireImageJessica Simpson is in talks to become a Weight Watchers spokes-celebrity for a cool $4 million, Us Weekly reports.
According to the magazine, the 31-year-old fashion mogul had previously planned on inking a deal to slim down with the company -- but lo and behold, she got pregnant. Simpson, who recently announced she's expecting her first child with fiance Eric Johnson, will now reportedly snag a sizable paycheck from Weight Watchers to drop post-baby pounds. After giving birth, she'd have a deadline of one year to "lose a significant amount of weight," says a source.
(Hey, it worked for Jennifer Hudson, who shed 80 pregnancy pounds on Weight Watchers.)
Reps for Weight Watchers and Simpson did not immediately respond to The Famous' requests for comment.
Update: A rep for Weight Watchers tells The Famous in a statement: "We talk to many people about Weight Watchers, but as a matter of policy, we don't discuss or comment publicly until an official announcement is made."
