Kevork Djansezian/Getty ImagesConrad Murray has been found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson.
Murray, who did not react as the verdict was announced, had administered a nightly dosage of propofol -- a powerful anesthetic -- to Jackson while the pop superstar was preparing for his "This Is It" tour.
