Bieber at the launch this afternoon. - D Dipasupil/FilmMagicWell, this is kind of scary.
ABC News is reporting that Justin Bieber was knocked to the ground outside of his appearance at a Macy's in Herald Square today.
Bieber was at the iconic New York City store to promote the release of his new women's fragrance "Someday." He had decided to come outside of the store to greet the fans who weren't able to get into the event. According to witnesses, an unidentified man jumped over a barrier and knocked him down. Bieber was not injured but understandably was quite "shaken up."
The man was taken away by police.
More details to come, presumably.
Update: According to TMZ, Bieber was not, in fact, attacked. Rather, a plainclothed, undercover police officer approached Bieber, who thought the man was a "crazy fan." A member of Bieber's security team grabebd the officer, who immediately identified himself.

It would appear that "Glee" star Cory Monteith's real life childhood has little in common with that of his fictional TV counterpart.
