Law enforcement sources tell the site that the woman, who's 84, will also need to have an eye exam and provide a list of medications she's taking.
Meanwhile, Witherspoon is not pressing charges for Wednesday's accident. The driver was cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian at a crosswalk, and Witherspoon suffered only minor injuries including a quarter-sized gash on her forehead. As of yesterday, the actress was recovering at home, possibly contemplating the pros and cons of purchasing Brad Pitt's $14 million Malibu home (a con being the side effect of any potential awkwardness with her friend Jennifer Aniston.)
