Not only is her famous Bieber beau weathering paternity allegations, but the LAPD agrees that the man she accuses of stalking her between July and October poses a legitimate threat to her life.

According to a sworn declaration from an LAPD detective charged with investigating Gomez's allegations, 46-year-old Thomas Brodnicki actually is a "serious threat" to the teen-pop singer, TMZ reports. Interviewing Brodnicki during his forced stay in a psychiatric ward just weeks ago, the detective says the alleged stalker "reiterated he had many conversations with God about killing Ms. Gomez" (apparently the Big Guy Upstairs isn't a "Wizards of Waverly Place" fan) and made it clear he would not return to Illinois until he had met Selena.

He loves actress-y actresses so it's no surprise that he's reportedly dating the daughter of the most actress-y actress of them all.

Cue this jealous, grammatically incorrect headline from fan-generated celebrity blog Oh No They Didn't!: "beautiful 43 year old billy crudup dating so-so 25 year old Streep offpsring."

Perhaps Kardashian's entitlement to the ring was spelled out in the doomed duo's prenuptial agreement. When the 31-year-old self-described "hopeless romantic" filed for divorce on Halloween, the court documents showed that she intends to keep her jewelry and other "personal effects" out of Humphries' hands, per the prenup. That would certainly include the Hope Diamond-sized ode to excess and symbol of faux-reality TV love. (Conspiracy theory: did Kardashian buy the ring on her own, with her millions?)

TMZ reports the Oscar winner -- under fire for a paid appearance at Chechen president Ramzan Kadyrov's birthday party -- was cut loose by the PR company 42West over a disagreement about how to handle all the negative press.

Last month Swank made the massive mistake of attending the tribute to Kadyrov, who has long history of brutality and violence against his own people. Amid the ensuing media firestorm, she axed her longtime manager, Jason Weinberg, and issued a statement of regret, saying she planned to donate her six-figure fee for her B-day shoutout to charity.

"I'd just like to say, basically, that none of those allegations are true," Bieber said Friday, addressing Mariah Yeater's potentially career-ending paternity lawsuit. "And I know that I'm going to be a victim (of celebrity.) ... I think it's crazy because every night after the show I've gone right from the stage right to my car. So it's crazy that people want to make up such false allegations. To set the record straight: none of it is true."

When asked by Matt Lauer if he'd ever encountered Yeater, Bieber -- surrounded by tweenage banshee howls on the "Today" plaza -- swiftly responded: "Never met the woman."

Yeater, 20, alleges Bieber is the father of her baby son, Tristyn, and that she and the squeaky-clean pop idol had sex backstage at his concert at L.A.'s Staples Center last October. (The court docs get pretty graphic.)

The super-tall basketball player with the short shelf-life as a Kardashian husband was spotted ringless on Thursday leaving the gym in his Minnesota hometown. According to Us Weekly, Humphries has been hiding out at his parents' house, "working out intensely" and driving around town in a blue Cutlass.
