The "LoveStoned" singer. - Jason LaVeris/FilmMagicJustin Timberlake is reaching Willie Nelson levels of marijuana enthusiasm. In a new interview in Playboy, the pop star confessed he still smokes:
"Absolutely. ... The only thing pot does for me is it gets me to stop thinking. Sometimes I have a brain that needs to be turned off. Some people are just better high."
Timberlake, who stars alongside ex Cameron Diaz in the new comedy "Bad Teacher," adds that he temporarily quit his smoking habit for about 10 months after an infamous episode of MTV's "Punk'd." During the prank, circa 2003, the unwitting entertainer -- then 22 years old -- wept and called his mother in a glassy-eyed haze as fake government agents pretended to seize his property because of unpaid taxes.
