The 28-year-old actress was photographed flashing a diamond sparkler on a Sunday stroll in a New York City park with Schulman and their chocolate lab, Esmeralda. Hathaway's publicist, Stephen Huvane, confirms the news to Popsugar, describing the ring as a "design collaboration between her fiancé Adam Shulman and Kwiat Heritage Jewels."
Huvane did not immediately respond to The Famous' requests for comment.
Hathaway fell hard for Schulman, 30, an actor/jewelry designer/suspected art thief, in 2008, after her torrid breakup with Italian con man Raffaello Follieri. They share a place in Brooklyn, and she recently gushed: "I'm very much in love with him."
Schulman is quite a lucky guy, isn't he?
