Audiences love both "X Factor" judge Paula Abdul and "The Proposal" star Sandra Bullock for making us laugh -- albeit, sometimes unintentionally for Paula. So what are we to do when the two step out in the same chic Lanvin jumpsuit little more than six weeks apart? As difficult as our mission will be, it's time to decide ... who wore it better?
Paula Abdul, 49, modeled the high-fashion look for an appearance on the "Late Show With David Letterman" in NYC on September 20. The former pop superstar added a statement necklace, Casadei footwear, and wavy locks. Sandra Bullock, 47, strutted her stuff in the design at "The Change-Up" premiere in Los Angeles on August 1. The Oscar winner complemented her ensemble with Sergio Rossi sandals, Penny Preville earrings, and tousled tresses.
A lot of times in these battles, I'm not crazy about the garment no matter who's wearing it -- but that's not the case today. The fun shape coupled with a neutral color make this creation a welcome change from the classic LBD. And each woman's look has strengths: I prefer Paula's glam shoes and Sandra's minimal accessories. But when it comes down to it, both rocked the jumpsuit in the way that suited her best, and because of that I declare this battle of the beauties a tie. Do you agree?
