The last time Lindsay Lohan grabbed headlines like this she was in court. The "Freaky Friday" actress, 25, is firmly in the spotlight (again) as she prepares to host a new "Saturday Night Live" this weekend. While LiLo has starred in the show three times before, this is the first time since 2006, back when she was better known for her movies than for her off-screen antics. So, you might be wondering: How did she swing another shot at it just when she needs a career comeback the most? The starlet was persistent in calling the producer of "SNL" and her 2004 hit "Mean Girls," Lorne Michaels, according to what she told Jimmy Fallon on his late-night talk show on Thursday.

If looking good is the best revenge, Jennifer Lopez — who split from husband of seven years Marc Anthony last summer — has been getting plenty of it lately. She stunned at the Oscars on Sunday in a plunging Zuhair Murad shimmering gown. Now, days later, the 42-year-old is showing off her killer bod in an unusual photo shoot for V Magazine. In the spring issue's cover photo, the "American Idol" judge dons wrist wraps, a men's groin protector ("I thought it was more graphic," J. Lo says of why she chose the male version over the female one.), tiny tee, and leather jacket, revealing her super-toned legs and muscular abs. "It did make me feel tougher," she admits of the look.

Not only did the "America's Next Top Model" host make friends, join study groups, and wear Harvard hoodies, she also indulged in college cuisine at the campus cafeteria. "The food is insane," she tells omg!. "It's so good. We always have like an amazing Indian dish. There was a comfort food station, salad bar, two soups to choose from, two smoothies to choose from, olive bar." But in all seriousness, Banks — who just graduated on February 17 — also gained skills and knowledge that are already helping her improve her business, Bankable Productions. "Finance is definitely not a strength, but after graduating I wouldn't say I'm a pro at it, but I can definitely handle the finance part of my business much better than before," she adds.

For animal-lover Jennifer Aniston, it was a heartbreaking moment when she had to pick just one puppy from an abandoned litter of 10 at a Los Angeles-area shelter recently. After more than three hours of playing with the little furry ones with boyfriend Justin Theroux, "I was almost walking out with three puppies," the actress told Jay Leno on "The Tonight Show" while promoting her new comedy, "Wanderlust" on Friday. "That's why we named her Sophie, because it was [like the Meryl Streep movie] 'Sophie's Choice.' I was crying -- it was so hard." But Aniston and Theroux knew they had picked the right pup -- or rather, she picked them. "Sophie came right up to us," she added. "That was sort of a big indicator -- they choose you."

Despite the fact she's been on "Saturday Night Live" for a whopping seven seasons, most of the country didn't even know who Kristen Wiig was until a little Judd Apatow film called "Bridesmaids" -- which Wiig co-wrote and starred in -- came out last year and became a huge success both critically and at the box office. Since then, she's become arguably the most famous female comic actress in America. But, the 38-year-old says in the March issue of Vogue that suddenly becoming a household name hasn't been all that big of a deal.

The newly-engaged actress and her fiancé Will Kopelman were spotted leaving a Beverly Hills doctor's office over the weekend carrying what appeared to be a sonogram. In the photo, which first appeared on TMZ, Barrymore is also clutching a red lollipop, so she must have been a good patient. Adding fuel to the fire: Barrymore's rep declined to comment on whether or not her client will soon be hearing the pitter-patter of tiny feet.
