Miley "Can't Be Tamed" Cyrus regularly raises eyebrows with her fashion choices.
Her cutoff shorts, high-waisted jeans, and ab-baring tops are often called into question. But recently, the 20-year-old wore something that had already earned the celebrity seal of approval -- the same garment that model-turned-actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, 26, had sported a month before.

What they wore: A strapless, striped, wide-legged jumpsuit from Chanel's spring 2013 collection.
When they wore it: Cyrus wore the jumpsuit while making an appearance for a good cause -- the opening of the Ryan Seacrest Foundation's Seacrest Studios at Children's Hospital of Orange County -- in California on March 22. Her competition donned it -- appropriately enough -- for a Chanel pre-Oscar event at Madeo restaurant in L.A. on Feb. 23.
How they styled it: Any outfit Miley wears now comes with a dose of sass, thanks to her cropped, bleached-blond 'do. The former "Hannah Montana" star also added red lipstick and a gold choker. Huntington-Whiteley wore bright pink lipstick and accessorized with a black "Lego" clutch and a long pearl necklace, both of which are from Chanel.
Judge's scorecard: While Miley rocks that edgy hairstyle in some outfits, this jumpsuit isn't a great match for it. Huntington-Whiteley's long locks are better suited to the style, and she also has the better accessories. But is that enough to make her the winner?
