Taylor Lautner was once again photographed with Sara Hicks while leaving a Los Angeles Clippers game on Wednesday night. The 20-year-old "Twilight" heartthrob, who was seen arriving at Staples Center with his "Grown Ups 2" co-star Patrick Schwarzenegger, sat courtside for the game. Hicks, however, spent all four periods supporting the Clippers as a member of their Spirit Dance Team.
Sure, the hard-bodied Lautner's a ladies’ man now, but he didn't just pick up the cheerleader recently; they have a history!

Hicks is reportedly his "high school sweetheart," with whom he is still close friends. The actor has been photographed with her as long ago as 2010, grabbing dinner and even playing football with a group of friends – including Schwarzenegger – last month.
Lautner, whose famous exes include Taylor Swift and Lily Collins, hasn't confirmed whether Hicks is more than a friend. But he has suggested that he's open to the idea.
"I absolutely think it's possible [to reunite with an ex]," Lautner revealed in Cosmopolitan’s December issue. "It depends on how long you were with that person. If it was a long, serious relationship, I think it's quite easy to rekindle. I guess it depends on what damage has been done. There's no ex out there who I'm not friends with today, and I'm extremely thankful for that."
