It's clear Lady Gaga isn't one to shy away from the spotlight, considering the way she parades around in over-the-top ensembles and tweets semi-nude photos of herself to her more than 30 million followers.
But the "Born This Way" songstress rarely makes public appearances with her boyfriend of more than a year, actor Taylor Kinney. Last night, however, Gaga not only hit a party with her 31-year-old main squeeze, she shared a smooch with him at the event and (of course) posted it to Twitter.

The NYC soiree where the two canoodled was held to celebrate the launch of his new NBC series "Chicago Fire." And Gaga seemed like she was gunning for the role of the series' publicist, posting several tweets touting the show on Wednesday. "My bf Taylor is on TV TONIGHT!!! for the premiere of CHICAGO FIRE on NBC at 10/9c in America. Monsters, wanna watch it with me+chat online?" she wrote yesterday morning.

Then came the pics she tweeted from the bash, which included the image of Gaga giving Kinney a peck while also standing next to his co-star Jesse Spencer. Later, she retweeted accolades for Kinney posted by the official "Chicago Fire" handle, then called out the fact the real mayor of Chicago made an "emotional" appearance on the episode. She finally ended the night by thanking her fans for watching. "The cast works so hard and are great friends."
Considering Kinney only has 36,000 Twitter followers, and the show itself has under 7,000, Gaga's support probably did make a difference in getting some Little Monsters to tune in.
The couple has been dating for just over a year and met while shooting the music video for Gaga's tune "You and I" in July 2011. They broke up briefly in May, but quickly reunited.
Over the summer Gaga, 26, was spotted taking her beau to her father's restaurant in Manhattan (the same eatery she recently blamed for helping her gain 25 pounds) and a few weeks later tweeted out a photo of her and Kinney skinny dipping. We're assuming Dad approved of the restaurant visit, not the nude swimming part.
