During an appearance on her pal Chelsea Handler's talk show, "Chelsea Lately," on Monday night, the former "Friends" star became emotional when the topic turned to her recent engagement to Justin Theroux.

"I just got verklempt," the 43-year-old actress told Handler as she fanned her face to dry her eyes.

Aniston is slowly sharing her engagement with the world. After her main squeeze popped the question in New York City on August 10, which also happened to be his 41st birthday, celebrity watchers have been eager to get their first look at her engagement ring. The megastar made us wait nearly two months before stepping out with it on last week. Aniston was seen with the whopper of a diamond — which is estimated to have cost anywhere between $500,000 and a cool $1 million — while spending a romantic weekend with Theroux in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

While she didn't share any wedding day details with Handler, Aniston reportedly wants a destination wedding with only her nearest and dearest. It will be a definite departure from her million-dollar wedding to Brad Pitt in 2000, which included a fireworks display.
"It will likely be a destination wedding, kind of like eloping with a few friends," a friend of the couple told Us Weekly, adding, "Justin isn't as flashy as the men she's been with in the past, so it won't go too over-the-top."
One thing we can predict? Aniston's pal Handler will be in attendance. And there will probably be many more tears.
