So, when actress Ashley Judd and her race car driver hubby, Dario Franchitti, made it to the 10-year anniversary back in 2011, it seemed the couple had gotten their Hollywood ending. Turns out they didn’t.
The two announced their breakup on Tuesday. "We have mutually decided to end our marriage. We'll always be family and continue to cherish our relationship based on the special love, integrity, and respect we have always enjoyed," the couple said via a statement to People magazine.

The daughter of country singer Naomi Judd and half-sister of Wynonna Judd was a staple on the sidelines at her husband’s races, including when Franchitti, 39, won his third Indy 500 in May. “I am so proud of him,” Judd, 44, told TV reporters at the time.
The “Kiss the Girls” star revealed to Redbook in February of 2010 that the couple strengthened their relationship with a daily “appreciation exercise.”
“The point is, we're always so quick to say, 'That hurt my feelings,' so how about being as quick to say, 'I really appreciated it when you turned the TV down so we could hear each other.' Dario and I do an appreciation every day,” Judd said, explaining that the point of the exercise was to ensure that “even when one is cross, to get some gratitude on board.”
The couple married in December 2001 at a castle in Scotland after a two-year engagement.
