Tom Cruise’s Teen Daughter Isabella Gets a Tattoo

Tom Cruise may play a tattoo-covered rock star in his new movie, "Rock of Ages," but his daughter Isabella really got inked. The 19-year-old debuted the new marking — a peacock feather on her left forearm — during a lunch date with her boyfriend, Eddie Frencher, 23, at a Los Angeles-area Subway on Wednesday. The tattoo is just the latest way Cruise's oldest daughter, who he adopted with ex-wife Nicole Kidman as a baby, has asserted her independence. Isabella recently moved out of her family's Beverly Hills mansion and into an apartment with Frencher, who is also a Scientologist, reportedly in downtown Los Angeles' seedy Skid Row.

Isabella looked nothing like the child of a famous Hollywood actor during her fast-food lunch date, which was located outside of a 7-Eleven convenience store. She and the also-tattooed Frencher (he has a gun on his left arm!) were very dressed down in T-shirts, jeans, and sneakers. Instead of a purse, Isabella carried her belongings in a felt shopping bag from Bliss Spa — which is bizarre because even her 6-year-old sister, Suri, carries a designer handbag! And in a not-so-romantic move, Frencher, who first stepped out with Isabella in January, continued to smoke while his girlfriend leaned in (and up on her tippy toes) for a kiss.

Although not much is heard about the teen and her younger brother, Connor, 16, she did recently open up about life as Tom Cruise's other daughter and cleared the air about the rumors she has no relationship with Kidman since her parents split in 2001. Even though the "Rabbit Hole" actress has said her two oldest children refer to her as "Nicole," Isabella told Australia's New Idea magazine, "I love mom. She's my mom. She's great. I see her sometimes and I speak to her."

Wonder what Tom and Nicole have to say about their daughter's new tattoo …
