    Mariah Carey’s Head-Turning Holiday Dress

    Mariah Carey stole the spotlight from Santa Claus while pre-taping her performances at the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting in NYC on Tuesday. Despite the Big Apple's frigid temperatures that night, the 42-year-old songstress sported two very revealing dresses, but somehow looked perfectly comfortable! Plus, Kate Middleton debuted her new haircut to the world at the opening of the Natural History Museum's new Treasures Gallery in London, and Selena Gomez was all smiles at the UNICEF Snowflake Ball in New York City.
