Lindsay Lohan Parties Late, Shows Up Tardy to ‘Glee’ Taping in Morning

Water is wet, fire is hot, and Lindsay Lohan likes to party. That's exactly what she did Tuesday night in Hollywood at AV Nightclub, where the "actress" hit a soiree thrown by tabloid magazine Star — which has written plenty of unflattering stories about her over the years. The reason for her appearance? Money. Lohan, dressed in a long-sleeve black mini-dress, reportedly got paid to attend the party — which also drew the D-list likes of Tila Tequila and Bai Ling — and to introduce musical act Karmin.

But although Lohan, 26, behaved herself at the nightclub this time — she's been accused of assault twice in the past two weeks, with both incidents happening at West Hollywood's The Standard Hotel — her late night did interfere with her making it to the set on time to wrap her cameo on "Glee" on Wednesday morning. According to TMZ, Lohan held up production when she arrived late to film a few scenes for the Fox series, and her co-stars were none too pleased. Dot Marie Jones, who plays Coach Beiste on "Glee," tweeted her annoyance. "Gonna be a long day!! Some ppl show up late and just throw a wrench in things. Not cool! I'd rather be an hour early (I was) than 5 minutes late!"

The party girl eventually showed up and completed filming. Lohan was reportedly on time earlier in the week when she shot her big scenes. The director, Eric Stoltz, has said she was "very professional" and nailed her lines, TMZ reported.

Also this week Lifetime finally confirmed that Lohan will be portraying Elizabeth Taylor in the network's made-for-TV movie, "Liz & Dick." It will be interesting to see how she behaves while filming her "comeback" in Canada. Can Lohan really get serious and turn things around or will she only find trouble to get into north of the border?
