    Even though Katy Perry and her sexy figure might be the envy of women all over the world, it turns out she's just your average California girl! The 28-year-old pop star opened up to Us Weekly at the UNICEF Snowflake Ball in NYC on Tuesday and dished on some of her insecurities. The "Wide Awake" singer also revealed her secret to staying confident in her own skin … she wears Spanx!
