  Who said she forgave AND forgot? They're not back dating. There's nothing wrong with her forgiving & moving on. If she doesn't forgive, she can't move on b/c she's letting it consume her. All they're doing is a couple of songs, not dating. People could actually learn something here is they get the hate out their hearts.

  I appreciate the implication that she "made herself a victim" the first go around. If he was abusive other than what we saw, she stayed and made herself a victim. Even if that was the first time, to now deal with him after having played into the media frenzy, undermines her integrity even more than her S&M inspired lyrics did right after the incident. What really sucks is how many other women are victimized, and don't get to do an interview or song to capitalize off it. The whole situation looks as though it is planned to make more buzz and fuel sales for the both of them...I must ask, however, if she was genuinely innocent in the abusive situation, why would she not only get over it(understood), but come back to help him PROFIT from the drama as well? Anything for money...THAT'S THE SAD PART.

yeah i love the union i think they both had suffered alot as a result of that terrible incident and if they choose to get back together now then we should respect that.... i mean why are we still trying to make a big deal out of that its obvious these two people love each other.

She's a big girl and she will do whatever she wants, but it does send the wrong message to her young fans. Both male and female, especially without explanation. It's already sad that I have read so many posts from people who really believe that it's ok to hit a woman if she "irritated" him and that stuff like this is normal? It's never OK to do what he did to her and it is NOT normal.

Rihanna is a talented woman but an absolute terrible role model for girls and young women. She gets beat up by her boyfriend and then puts out music which proclaiming she loves getting abused, lied to and hurt by her lover. Sickening. Doesn't she realize there are many girls who look up to her and who are in abusive relationships with their boyfriends and instead of telling them to be powerful females and get out of abusive relationships, she tells them it is sexy to be treated like garbage by men. Rihanna should be ashamed of herrself. She is causing more damage than she knows but it seems the almight DOLLAR rules with her over common decency and self-respect.
