Lohan is at it again. (PacificCoastNews.com)Well, that didn't take long. A little more than a week after Lindsay Lohan's probation finally ended, she's been hit with an assault accusation by a woman who claims the sometimes-actress attacked her in a nightclub Thursday night. It all went down at The Standard in West Hollywood, California, just one day after Lohan was spotted partying with Robert Pattinson at Pour Vous until the wee hour of the mornings. According to the battery report the woman filed with police, Lohan, 25, shoved her for talking to her male friend during a wild night inside the club. According to TMZ, the alleged victim claims Lohan inflicted injuries to her back and there are visible bruises.

For the second time in a matter of weeks, the NBA all-star is off the Dallas Mavericks roster — but this time, it's for good. The forward has had a rough time this season after being traded to the reigning NBA champs by the Los Angeles Lakers back in December. In early March, Odom was dropped by the Mavs and briefly relegated to their D-league team, the Texas Legends, after missing practices and games due to "family issues," yet after just one game he was back with the Mavs. Unfortunately, things did not get any better for Odom, husband of Khloe Kardashian, so he's out yet again.

He even lucked out and landed his first cable reality show a decade ago, which followed James and his team as they scrambled to customize motorcycles against the clock. He was that tattooed guy on TV building bikes, and frankly, most of the world barely knew who he was (despite the fact he wed and divorced a porn star along the way). That all changed, of course, the day one of the most famous women in the world walked into his shop, the first chapter in what would become an almost unbelievable story.

The 26-year-old actress who once headlined Nickelodeon's "The Amanda Show" and co-starred with Jennie Garth on sitcom "What I Like About You" has been arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence in West Hollywood, California. The sheriff's department there says it was about 3 a.m. Friday when an L.A. County Sheriff's deputy "was stopped at the intersection of Robertson Boulevard and Santa Monica Boulevard preparing to turn right onto Santa Monica Boulevard when a black BMW driven by actress Amanda Bynes attempted to pass the right of the radio car, colliding with the right rear quarter panel of the radio car." Although officials report there was only "minor paint transfer to both vehicles," the damage was done: Bynes was taken to jail and released on $5,000 bail mid-morning.
