Actor Michael Clarke Duncan's humble attitude and kind nature may have been very un-showbiz, but it turns out he stole the hearts of many Hollywood heavyweights and developed close relationships with several big stars. A memorial service took place in Los Angeles on Monday for the 54-year-old, who died on September 3 of complications from a July heart attack, and plenty of famous faces showed up not just to pay their respects, but to speak about a man they considered a friend.

Jay Leno got choked up as he addressed the mourners and remembered Clarke's joy over falling in love with his fiancée, reality star Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth, two years ago. "I know he was 54, but he was 17 years old with me and he was so happy," said Leno, fighting back tears. "And when he met Omarosa we talked again and I know that big smile, but you know it grew like another millimeter on each side. He was so happy."

Kristen Stewart was, once again, all smiles as she posed for pics sporting an edgy look for a screening of her flick "On the Road" in NYC on Monday, more than a month after her cheating scandal first broke. Plus, Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe Kardashian might have some kompetition from their little sis Kylie Jenner. The 15-year-old strutted down the runway at Avril Lavigne's Abbey Dawn fashion show on Monday. And Lea Michele flaunted her killer gams in a minidress during an appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" in Los Angeles.

In July, he visited victims wounded in the Colorado movie theater shooting (which took place during a showing of "The Dark Knight Rises," in which Bale stars), and just last week, he arranged to fly a 4-year-old Youngstown, Ohio boy suffering from leukemia to Disneyland. While the boy, named Jayden Barber, was probably thrilled enough to be able to make the trip to the happiest place on Earth, the diehard Batman fan got an extra surprise when Bale himself joined Jayden and his family for lunch.

Miley Cyrus (Twitter)Over the weekend, Miley Cyrus dealt yet again with one of the less-desirable aspects of fame … an unwanted (and potentially dangerous) person at her Los Angeles-area home. According to reports, early Saturday morning a man jumped the fence onto her property and knocked on her door, claiming he knew Cyrus, before repeatedly throwing himself against the exterior wall of the house. Someone at the home called 911 (Cyrus was out of town at the time) and the man was later caught hiding in the bushes at the pop star's property holding a pair of scissors. In footage obtained by TMZ, the suspect, who identified himself as Jason Luis Rivera, claimed he knew the 19-year-old. "I am a friend of Miley Cyrus. I am. She's my wife. Me and Miley have been friends for five years," he said during his arrest.
