The two -- who have been dating since early last year and have even gotten matching tattoos -- were spotted having a romantic lunch at L'Avenue. Avril, 26, needs her energy since she's got a concert tonight in the City of Lights and just left Fashion Week in NYC where she showed off her Abbey Dawn line.

Her fashion show made headlines thanks to Brody's 14-year-old half-sister Kylie Jenner, who modeled the collection -- that and the fact that the rest of the famous Kardashian girls were sitting front row. According to a story on HollywoodLife.com, however, Kylie's trip down the catwalk has kicked up some controversy because of her age. "The [Council of Fashion Designers of America] is extremely upset that Kylie walked in the Abbey Dawn show,"a source told the website.
Meanwhile, across the Atlantic, Avril and Brody didn't appear too concerned about what a bunch of fashion designers had to say. They're on vacation!
