Usher Wants Ex-Wife Out of His Georgia Mansion

The custody battle between Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster has gotten worse — if that was even possible. After arguing in court over everything from money to drug abuse, the two are now fighting over the R&B superstar's Georgia mansion: she lives in it with their two sons, and he wants it back. Under their divorce settlement, Usher, 33, is entitled to sell the property whenever he likes, as long as he gives Foster 60 days notice. According to a source who spoke to TMZ, the 41-year-old fears that her famous ex will sell it immediately just to spite her and leave her and their two sons homeless, so she wants him to buy her another — which he is refusing to do.

This is just the latest in Usher's battle against, Foster, who once worked as his personal stylist before they split after two years of marriage in 2009, for custody of Usher Raymond V, 4, and Naviyd Eli, 3. On May 5, Foster — who wants the boys full time — was questioned on the stand about death threats Usher claimed she made against him and his new girlfriend. After the "Climax" singer's lawyer asked her about allegedly saying, "I will kill you both," Foster went back and forth before finally admitting, "I did probably, out of anger, say 'I will f--k you up' and it's not acceptable."

Outside of the courtroom, things are going much smoother for Usher. His seventh album, Looking 4 Myself, is set to be released June 12 and the first single, "Climax," has gone all the way to No. 1 on the Hot R&B Billboard chart. Looking 4 Myself, which Usher describes as "revolutionary pop," will also feature collaborations with Pharrell, Rick Ross, and Justin Bieber.
