The rapper's sexy alter ego, "Lap Dance Nika," got the party started with "Super Bass," then segued into her "Till the World Ends" remix, which Spears joined her onstage for. Although Brit's performance was a little lackluster, she looked great and I have high hopes for her Femme Fatale Tour, which kicks off June16 in Sacramento, California.
Interestingly enough, every one involved with Britney's tour has agreed to stay 100 percent drug and alcohol free while on the road. "I think it's a great thing," Nicki, 26, informed Life & Style magazine of the decision. "It's definitely not a negative thing. It's not going to affect me in any way. If that's the way Britney wants it, so be it. She's the queen of her castle. It trickles down and makes everyone responsible. I should add that there were no drugs and alcoholon the Lil Wayne tour I just completed."
Nicki's also excited to see what she can learn from the pop tart. "I want to see what[Britney's] done to really just stand the test of time for this long,"she recently told E! Online."You know, how's she's interacting with the people and with the dancers and the lighting and the props. I just want to get into the whole thing."
After all, the "Pink Friday" singer is a huge fan of Ms. Spears.
"I've always loved her," Nicki gushed. "It's so funny because I had spoken about her in an interview a while back and I was like, 'I wish they would just leave her alone,' you know? And now she's back and it's Britney b----!"
