Bobby Brown at the Soul Train Awards press conference on Sept. 19 (Getty Images)Bobby Brown just can't shake his bad boy image. He's been arrested on DUI charges for the second time this year.
A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department confirms to omg! that Brown was pulled over early this morning in Woodland Hills. He was arrested on suspicion of DUI and taken into custody.
The 43-year-old singer was previously arrested in March for driving under the influence. While driving in the San Fernando Valley, he was pulled over for talking on his cell phone, and he then failed a field sobriety test. In August he checked into a rehabilitation center as part of an agreement after his arrest.

Speaking out about his arrest earlier this year, the "My Prerogative" singer made it clear that he wasn't going to stop drinking. "I'm not allowed to drink for the next 30 days [per judge's orders]," he said on the "Today" show in May. "I do have a cocktail occasionally, you know. I will again, I know that. But I'm seven years clean from narcotics. You know, I'm living — I'm living the life that I want to live."
It's been a year of highs and lows for Bobby Brown. The good? He married his long-time love Alicia Etheredge in Honolulu in June, and they have been filming a new reality TV show for BET. And he also just finished New Edition's 30th anniversary tour. However, in addition to his legal trouble, he lost his ex-wife, Whitney Houston, after she accidentally drowned in February. And his relationship with their daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, has been rocky. The 19-year-old, who is filming her own reality TV show for Lifetime, even skipped her father's wedding.
A rep for Brown has not yet responded to a request for comment.
