Two years after Brand's $3,250,000 purchase, he and his wife are listing their piece of Los Feliz real estate for $3,395,000.

In March, Brown told MTV News that "being able to collab with [Bieber] was great. He's a young, energetic cat, so being able to work with him, with the fanbase he has, was incredible. I know a lot of little girls are going to love this record."
