Flav serves up food at House of Flavor. (Snakemannn/Splash News)With a name like Flavor Flav, he should know a thing or two about seasoning. The Public Enemy "hype man" and reality star is set to open a brand new fried chicken establishment, Flavor Flav's House of Flavor, today in Las Vegas. In addition to his infamous fried chicken, Flav's menu also boasts sides like collard greens, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, biscuits, and what sounds like the greatest food invention ever: red velvet waffles. But Flav is putting his money where his mouth hasn't been yet — because he admits he hasn't even tasted his menu's star item (or a few of the other sides, actually). "This red velvet waffle has been making plenty of noise," he tells omg!. "I've spoken to people who have [eaten] the red velvet waffle and they said this thing is totally phenomenal, out of this world, man."

The eccentric rapper-singer says she wants to turn her success into a full-fledged brand, just like her male counterparts. "I never thought about music as just being the end-all, be-all," she tells Allure. "I always looked at it like a business, something that I could create an empire out of…. I had a little conversation with Jay-Z at the Victoria's Secret fashion show. He said, 'Congratulations on all your success.' And I was like, 'Yeah, I'm coming for you. He recently even worked on new music with Houston that they never had a chance to complete, since she was found dead of undetermined causes on February 11 in Beverly Hills. "The memory that will stay with me forever," Ne-Yo revealed to omg!, "is we're all sitting there and Whitney says, 'Here's what I need you to do for me: I need music that lets the world know that I'm happy. With everything that's gone down with [ex-husband Bobby Brown] and all that, I need the world to know that I'm not bitter, I'm not depressed, I'm happy. I got my God, my kid, and I got my music, and that's all I need. I need the music to say that.' Those are the kind of songs that we worked on. I honestly wish that we would have gotten to finish them."‘Real Housewives’ Star Kim Zolciak Records Country Song, ‘Love Me First’

Zolciak is back with another single. (Dario Cantatore/Getty Images)How could Kim Zolciak possibly top her 2009 dance hit, "Tardy For the Party"? Well, she's trying. The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star has a new song, a country ballad called "Love Me First," and a 57-second snippet of it was leaked on Monday. "My new song is so emotional," Zolciak wrote on her Twitter page two days before she debuted the track, adding that the lyrics were autobiographical. In "Love Me First," she sings (or at least that's what we think she's doing): "I'm running on empty, can't let it defeat me, I'm standing here a stronger woman making changes in my life. Now I'm learning every day, there ain't no other way, before I love somebody else, gotta love me first."Justin Bieber Gets $100K-Plus Car For His Birthday From Manager and Usher

Bieber in his new ride. (Michael Rozman/Warner Bros.)It would seem pretty impossible to get a multi-millionaire who must have everything the perfect birthday present, but Justin Bieber's manager Scooter Braun did just that for his 18-year-old client. The singer seemed genuinely shocked — and appreciative — when Braun interrupted his interview on "Ellen" on Thursday to give him his very pricey gift. "You work really really hard," he told Bieber onstage before telling the talk show host and her audience about all the charitable things the teen does with the Make a Wish Foundation. "I always yell at you, 'Don't get anything flashy.' You know, we're not about that. Be humble, be humble and I kind of broke my own rule … So we wanted to make sure since you love cars that when you're on the road you are always environmentally friendly and we decided to get you a car that would make you stand out."David Hasselhoff Rocks Out in London
