The California-based pop band debuted their new single from their upcoming sixth album Push and Shove on Monday morning to much fan fare, especially from their famous fans. Lady Gaga, Khloe Kardashian, Ryan Seacrest, and Paramore's Hayley Williams have all been tweeting their excitement over new No Doubt music — and their new song does not disappoint. "Settle Down," which was produced by deejay-extraordinaire Diplo, evokes the summer with its reggae rift and Gwen Stefani's sassy vocals as she sings, "Get in line and settle down." Within hours of its official release, it was already No. 7 on iTunes' Pop 100 chart.Read More »from No Doubt debuts video for ‘Settle Down,’ band’s first new single in a decade

Madonna lets it all hang out in her new music video. (New Press Photo / Splash News)After three decades in the business, Madonna's still got it. The Material Girl shows it all off in teeny-tiny shorts and a bustier and writhes around in the backseat of a vintage Cadillac convertible with a bunch of young — and, of course, very hot — men while taking joyride around Italy in the music video for her new song, "Turn up the Radio," which debuted on Monday.Read More »from Madonna goes on a sexy joyride in ‘Turn up the Radio’ video

Rihanna relaxes. (Islandpaps/Splash News)It's been a rough few weeks for Rihanna since the death of her beloved grandmother, but she's finding a reason to smile again. The "Where Have You Been" singer let loose on the water in Barbados with her friends and family on Thursday, boating, tubing — and drinking some beer. Seeing Rihanna have some fun is a welcome sight since she's looked so glum since her grandmother Clara Braithwaite lost her battle with cancer in a New York City hospital last month. After a memorial service in Brooklyn, Rihanna and her family buried GranGranDolly, as she was nicknamed, in their native Barbados on Tuesday.Read More »from Rihanna finds reason to smile (going tubing!) in Barbados after grandmother’s funeral

The "American Idol" judges are dropping like flies. Just hours after Jennifer Lopez said during a "Today" interview that "it's time for me to go," the Aerosmith frontman (and king of the wacky one-liners) shocked everyone when he announced he was quitting the Fox singing competition after two seasons to focus on his iconic rock band. "After some long ... hard ... thoughts … I've decided it's time for me to let go of my mistress 'American Idol' before she boils my rabbit," Tyler said in a statement, referring to the movie "Fatal Attraction" in which Glenn Close's character cooks her lover's daughter's pet. "I strayed from my first love, Aerosmith, and I'm back — but instead of begging on my hands and knees, I got two fists in the air and I'm kicking the door open with my band."

Sheen and Slash on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. (Chelsea Lauren)Charlie Sheen has made it clear where he stands in the 15-year battle between Axl Rose and his former Guns N' Roses bandmates. At the ceremony to honor former GnR guitarist Slash with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Tuesday, the "Anger Management" actor got in a dig at the "Welcome to the Jungle" singer, who is well known for his jerky antics onstage and off. "You know, it's quite fitting, I think, that Slash is getting a star on the very street that Axl Rose will one day be sleeping on," Sheen, who attended a Rose-fronted GnR concert in L.A. in March, joked during his speech to fans gathered in front of the Hard Rock Café.Read More »from Charlie Sheen trashes Axl Rose as Slash gets star on Hollywood Walk of Fame

Frank Ocean. (Darla Khazei/PacificCoastNews.com)For the past week, it seems like Frank Ocean has been everywhere — but many people aren't sure why or even have a clue who he is ("Is he related to Billy Ocean?"). It began on July 4 when the relatively-unknown R&B singer let his own freedom ring by revealing his first love was a man in a post on his Tumblr blog. Although his brave act earned him praise from everyone from Beyonce to Russell Simmons, still many shrugged their shoulders. On Monday night, the 24-year-old made his TV debut when he performed his song "Bad Religion" on "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon" with the Grammy-winning The Roots as his backing band. Today, Ocean's first album, Channel Orange, which features appearances by John Mayer and Outkast's Andre 3000, was released on iTunes a week ahead of schedule due to overwhelming demand. At the top of the worldwide trends on Twitter at this moment? #ChannelOrange and #BadReligion.

Nadya Suleman (PacificCoastNews.com)Just in case you were looking for the perfect tune to add to that playlist with Rebecca Black's "Friday," Kim Kardashian's "Jam (Turn It Up)," or Heidi Montag's — well, any Heidi song really — here's a suggestion: a new track from Octomom Nadya Suleman! As TMZ reports, the mom of fourteen will release a dance song called "Get On the Dance Floor" on August 1. And, as if that wasn't exciting enough, Octomom not only sings but raps on it! Suleman, who signed with Global Groove Entertainment, teamed up with producers DJ Mr. Mig and Mike Rizzo, who have worked with real musicians, like Britney Spears, Usher, Beyonce, and Taylor Swift, according to the website. It was all very professional: Suleman even reportedly took two singing lessons before hitting the studio!Read More »from Hold your ears: Octomom is releasing a dance song!

Usher and his son Naviyd monkey around in Malibu! (Campos/X17online.com)
Though Usher is still in the middle of a bitter custody battle with ex-wife Tameka Foster over their two sons, 4-year-old Usher V, and Naviyd Ely, 3, he looked happy as can be while spending some quality time with his youngest boy and a friend at a Malibu playground on Thursday.
The "Yeah!" singer — who showcased his buff bod in a white tank top and denim shorts -- might have also been smiling because his 2004 album Confessions just surpassed the 10-million mark in U.S. sales! Confessions is only the 19th album to achieve this milestone since Nielsen SoundScan started tracking the data in 1991. The last album to hit the milestone was Eminem's The Eminem Show in October 2011. (And just in case you're interested, the top three albums that have reached and surpassed 10 million in sales in the U.S. since 1991 are and Metallica's Metallica with 15.79 million, Shania Twain's Come On Over with 15.52 million, and Alanis Morissette's Jagged Little Pill with 14.75 million.)

Camilla Akrans/Harper's BazaarConservative is not a word that comes to mind when you think of Rihanna. Between the racy outfits — both onstage and off — at least 17 tattoos, wild hairstyles, over-sexualized lyrics, and late-night partying, the singer comes off as very rebellious. But she insists she's not like that in all aspects of her life. "I have been conservative in my love life … it's pretty much nonexistent," Rihanna says in the August issue of Harper's Bazaar, despite her very public romances with Chris Brown, Drake, and baseball star Matt Kemp. "If I come across someone who I find really cool, I'll hang out. But the minute I find that we're getting too close, I just — I don't let people in."Read More »from Rihanna on love after Chris Brown: ‘I’m afraid of feeling that again’
