A judge ruled on Wednesday that the 82-year-old be stripped of her guardian duties and has handed over the responsibility to her grandson, Tito's son Tito Joe "TJ," temporarily. At the emergency hearing, the 34-year-old told the court that during a phone call with his grandmother on Tuesday, "she wasn't sharp. The pauses, choice of vocabulary … she has not used certain phrases like that before."

On Tuesday, she responded via Twitter. "Crazy morning. Discovered that someone put up a sex tape claiming to be me," she wrote. "Ridiculous. Obviously not me." Earlier this month, Jepsen denied that she was the woman in some nude photos that surfaced online. They were eventually found to be pics of Internet model Destiny Benedict, according to TMZ.

It was announced on Monday that Mariah Carey will be a judge on the singing competition next season, just one week after both Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler quit. "I am so excited to be joining 'Idol,'" said the "We Belong Together" singer in a surprise phone call during the Television Critics Association presentation in Beverly Hills. "I can't wait to get started in a couple months." In a statement, the five-time Grammy winner added, "I'm currently in the studio working on my new album and its first single, 'Triumphant,' which will be out early next month. I can't wait to channel my creative energy as a part of this show which is a massive global phenomenon."

In the new Rick Ross song "3 Kings," Jay-Z makes an appearance and uses his time on the track to boast about his daughter's luxurious life, which she leads thanks to her famous dad and mom Beyonce. "Y'all should know by now if you don't know/Millions on the wall in all my rooms," says the rapper, who then goes on about his baby using some pretty shocking language. "N---as couldn't f--k with my daughter's room/ N---as couldn't walk in my daughter's socks/Banksy bitches, Basquiat!"
