Travolta and Newton-John's album cover.By now you've probably seen what's become one of the buzziest holiday stories of the year: the video for Olivia Newton-John and John Travolta's new Christmas duet "I Think You Might Like It," which features the former "Grease" co-stars singing along as Travolta, 58, lands a plane, Newton-John, 64, slowly drives a convertible, the couple line dances, and various people have reunions in a small airport, including Travolta's wife, Kelly Preston.
And you've probably seen the coverage. A sweep of the web finds outlets describing the video as everything from bizarre to odd to cheesy to must-see. But whatever you call it, the world can't stop watching … and wondering. To answer some of your burning questions about the festive video, omg! talked exclusively with its director, Rav Holly.

Travolta and Newton-John's album cover. While "Grease" is a classic film, it certainly wasn't a cinematic masterpiece. Still, we expected better production quality from the music video for John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John's "I Think You Might Like It," which was released today. The low-budget cheese fest begins with the "Pulp Fiction" actor flying his plane as he sings, "Here comes my hometown/so good to get my wheels down." Meanwhile, Newton-John is shown driving around — going what looks like 10 mph — with her passenger seat filled with Christmas presents. Once Travolta, 58, lands, he dramatically throws up his arms, jumps out of the plane, and does a slow-motion run to Newton-John, 64, who he picks up and swings around.Read More »from John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John Release Cheesy, Low-Budget Christmas Music Video

Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder (Ben Rose/WireImage)After hiding their romance for more than a year, "Vampire Diaries" co-stars Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder have proven the seriousness of their love by making their trek to buy a Christmas tree together. The couple was snapped inspecting their potential holiday centerpiece on Monday in Atlanta, where their show is filmed.
Although they were rumored to be a real-life couple for months beforehand, it wasn't until September 2011 that Somerhalder finally confirmed their couplehood to Us Weekly. "When you're really close to someone, they can make fun of you a lot and get away with it," he said of Dobrev. "But they sort of poke you in all of the places — it all makes sense because they know you so well and it really pisses you off, but it forces you to sort of be introspective and ask yourself, 'Wow, is that really how people see me?' Apparently so!"Read More »from Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder Search for a Christmas Tree Together

As usual, Fallon put his own spin on the song, adding his house band The Roots and a bunch of instruments that you probably haven't seen since grade school music class. Or, if you remember Fallon's collaboration with Carly Rae Jepsen on "Call Me Maybe" in June, since then.
